INGREDIENTS:

• 30mL Lyre's Dark Cane*
• 30mL Lyre's White Cane Spirit*
• 30mL Lyre's Orange Sec
• 30mL fresh lime juice
• 5mL premium almond syrup
• 5mL white sugar syrup (1:1)

METHOD:

• Shake briefly, strain into glass, top with fresh ice

GLASS:

• Old fashioned

GARNISH:

• Lime wedge, plump mint spring

* For a low-alcohol option, replace dark or white cane spirit with 30ml of dark rum or white rum of your choice

Water, Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Barley Malt Extract, Natural Flavouring, Acid: Citric Acid, Preservative: Potassium Sorbate, Antioxidant: Ascorbic Acid, Stabiliser: Cellulose Gum (E466).

• 0% Alcohol by Volume (ABV)
• Vegan, Dairy Free, Nut Free, Egg Free, Gluten Free.
• Sugar Contents: 0.9g/30ml and 3g/100ml.
• Carbohydrate Contents: 1.4g/30ml and 4.5g/100ml.

Storage

• Always reseal with original cap after opening.
• Do not leave bottle open or replace cap with pourer.
• Once open, best refrigerated for optimum freshness.
• Recommended to be consumed within 12 weeks of opening.
